DELIVERY & RETURNS

We currently offer UK delivery on all our orders and are currently using Royal Mail as our courier of choice. We expect all orders (excluding pre-orders) to reach you within 3-5 days of dispatch – please note this is an estimate due to potential Covid-19 and seasonal related delays.

During busy periods dispatch times may reach up to 72 hours, however we will always aim to operate as fast as possible.

Should you have any enquiries about delivery please email hello@theluxecult.co.uk with your order details. Please ensure you have waited 7 days from your order date before contacting us for order updates.

Details of expected wait times for all pre-order items are individually detailed within each product description.

We hope that you love your order, however, should you feel unsatisfied please contact us by email in the first instance at hello@theluxecult.co.uk including your order details and the reason for return.

We will only accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition that you received it, unused and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Once returns are received and have been inspected, we will issue the agreed refund which can take up to 5-7 days to process depending on your bank.
